Because much of our jewelry is vintage or one-of-a-kind, we encourage you to carefully review the photographs, descriptions, condition details, and measurements before purchasing. We're always happy to answer questions or provide additional information.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, without alterations, and with all original components included.

All returns require prior authorization. To request a return, please contact us at info@cestlabries.com. If your return is approved, the item must be securely packaged and postmarked within 7 days of authorization.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are nonrefundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Our standard return policy applies to all eligible purchases, including items purchased at a discount or through an accepted offer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Because many of our pieces are vintage or one-of-a-kind, exchanges may not be possible.
