This fabulous Southwest Style sterling silver pin or pendant by San Antonio, Texas artist Joe Eby of Eby Geebies Fine Art reflects his inspiration from early Navajo-style jewelry. Raised on the Navajo Nation and beginning his jewelry training in Gallup, New Mexico, Eby created this striking butterfly with dramatic curved antennae and charming hand-stamped details. A beautiful Royston turquoise cabochon is bezel set at the center with a fine twist wire border. A pin backing and shepherd’s hook behind the butterfly’s head allow it to be worn as either a pin or enhancer pendant. The piece is stamped with the Eby Geebies spider hallmark and .925.
