This is the highly sought-after Female Display Dress Form with Arms and Head by The Shop Company, finished in natural canvas with black wooden arms and a chrome rolling base. Also, my mother tried to add eyes and a headband to the form at some point and there is still some hot glue residue remaining as shown in the two head photos. There are methods listed online for the removal of hot glue from canvas.
